As I am creating this workshop another mass shooting has happened in the United States. People hate themselves so much they are hurting other people. Heard the saying, "Hurt people hurt people"? It's never been more serious or extreme.

Too many of us are cut off from the power of love within us. We shame and judge ourselves. We believe we're the victim. We feel lost and helpless. 

And all along, we have all the power we need within us. In order to access the power of our own love we have to be willing to surrender, to let go, and to set ourselves free. 

In this workshop, we'll move into the journey of self-love, discuss what it means to love yourself, complete writing exercises, and engage in a self-healing Breathwork practice to open your heart. There will be an opportunity for you to share your experience and ask questions.
