In this hour and a half virtual workshop we're going to use the breath to release pain and trauma around heartbreak. I'll speak briefly about heartbreak healing, we'll set intentions, I'll guide you through a short meditation, and then we'll move into Breathwork. Once the session is complete there will be an opportunity for some of you to come on screen to share your thoughts and ask questions. You'll also be able to use the chat box to do so if you're feeling a little shy.
This workshop is for anyone who is ready to release the pain from heartbreak. Whether you just broke up, are still holding onto a lover from ten years ago, or you need to let go of pain and anger from a relationship with a friend or family member, this workshop will guide you in healing.
