Breathwork for the Brokenhearted

In this hour and a half virtual workshop we're going to use the breath to release pain and trauma around heartbreak. I'll speak about heartbreak healing, give you tips, and guide you through a healing Breathwork meditation (the best kept secret for releasing pain and trauma). Once the session is complete there will be an opportunity for you to share your experience and ask questions. 

This workshop is for anyone who is ready to release the pain from heartbreak. Whether you just broke up, are still holding onto a lover from ten years ago, or you need to let go of pain and anger from a relationship with a friend or family member, this workshop will guide you into the healing process.
