Grief is a word that describes a very specific experience. It knocks us on our asses. It brings us to our knees. It pulls in depression, leaving many of us wondering who we have become. Grief can isolate us. It can leave us feeling more alone than we could ever imagine.
What you grieve, in this case, doesn't matter. The grief is what connects us. The emotional state that leaves us begging for healing. Whether you are grieving the loss of a relationship, a loved one who has passed on, or anything else that has brought grief to your doorstep, you are welcome to join.
This is a live workshop using a video platform that will allow this small group to be together virtually and support one another. Each person will have an opportunity for sharing. There will be some journaling exercises, and I will guide you through a healing Breathwork session.
6:30 pm PST
*There will be no recording for this workshop. It will be a live, safe space for those grieving to be held and heal. This means space is limited.
