First I want to begin by saying that if you're reading this and your heart is broken, please know that I am reaching out to you with a giant mama bear hug.
I hope that you can find the strength right now to give yourself that kind of hug, to wrap your arms around yourself and tell yourself it's going to be ok. Because it is. Even though it might not feel like it right now.
If you don't have the strength to give yourself love, if it took everything inside you to get on the computer and find your way here, if you're laying in bed reading this on your phone with a pile of crumpled tissues next to you, if you are too depressed to even use tissues...know that it's ok. It's going to be ok. I needed to hear this a million times while my own heart ached, my soul cried, and every inch of my being wanted nothing more than to give up on it all. I needed to hear that it was all going to be ok.
So please know it's going to be ok.
