Where Does it Hurt?
We're going to start out by getting a few things straight: first and foremost, there is nothing wrong with you. You're not crazy or broken. There will be no judging or shaming during this program. Instead, this is the place for you to begin to unpack your own shame. In week one, we're going to talk about the experience of depression, destigmatize shame, unpack the reasons behind depression, and take back your power when it comes to your emotional health.
We'll close with a Breathwork healing session focused on releasing shame and trusting where you're at.

Finding Self-Love & Worth
When you feel depressed it's the number one sign that's it's time to turn self-care mode ON. Instead, we often fight our experience, contributing to our own suffering. In week two, we're going to talk about the path to avoid unnecessary suffering, how to develop a supportive relationship to yourself, and explore self-love and self-worth.
I'll guide you through a Breathwork healing on self-love and self-worth.
September 2nd | 11am-1pm PST
Your Feelings Matter
In week three, we'll be working on processing stuck emotions that live in the body, specifically from childhood wounds but also from life circumstances. We'll primarily be working with sadness and anger, addressing where they come from, and how to work with them in an empowering way.
Our Breathwork healing will focus on embracing and learning from our emotions.

Getting Clear on Purpose
In week four, you'll explore the ways you're off-purpose in your life. This isn't just about career. You might not be using your voice, in the right relationship, or making choices aligned with your soul.
Our Breathwork healing session will be focused on connecting to your intuition to guide you back into alignment.
September 16th | 11am-1pm PST
Healing Your Lineage
You might come from a family with a clear history of depression or you might come from a family who didn't talk about their emotions. The way your family line has dealt with their emotions and the beliefs they have taken on can be passed down. In week five, you'll learn that you are not a victim of your heritage and you have the power to heal your lineage.
We'll close this session with a guided Breathwork for healing your lineage.
September 23rd | 11am-1pm PST
Your Tool Box
We'll end this six-week journey together by giving you a number of support tools for you to manage and heal your depression in your life moving forward. We'll also review the steps so you can begin to release your current depression and understand what depression is communicating with you when it arises again.
We'll close with a Breathwork session and Q&A.
