I stumbled into this practice called Breathwork a few years ago. You could also say something led me to this work, that I was guided to exactly what I needed when I needed it. You could also say that you're here right now, reading these very words, because you are hearing exactly what you need to hear. Breathwork has helped me connect to my soul, open my heart, and let go of what's not serving me. 

Most of us live from our minds, and most of us find ourselves stuck in one aspect of life or another. Our minds keep us stuck. We don't know how to make the best choice for ourselves because our minds spin every different angle and possible outcome. We become paralyzed by choice, by not knowing the "right" choice, by being so smart that we can see every possible perspective. 

This workshop is an introduction to a powerful practice that can cultivate deep change in your life. It's a tool that will allow you to connect to the wisdom in your body. It will purge your body of all the gunk that has been weighing you down (and trust me, if you're alive, you have lots of gunk). It will leave you feeling lighter. It will open your heart so you can feel the love that's always within you.

This simple tool is the best kept secret for transformation. You don't even need to get dressed to join us. All you have to do is lay on the floor and breathe.



Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for self-healing. It's a two-part breath (different from anything you've done in yoga) that moves into the belly and then into chest, both inhaling and exhaling through the mouth. Through continued movement of the breath stuck energy and emotional blocks are released.

This shows up for people in different ways. You'll probably feel tingly sensations in your body, you might cry, you might have visions, and you might feel a deep sense of love and gratitude. Each time you breathe the experience is a little different depending on where you're at on your path.

Who this is for

This workshop is for you if you want something bigger for your life. Maybe you want to feel deep confidence, to know yourself and show yourself in the most authentic way. Maybe you want to accept who it is you really are and feel at peace within yourself. Maybe you want to finally know what it actually means to love yourself. Maybe you want to release all the guilt, shame, and fear that has built up in your body over the years. Maybe you want to release anxiety and stress and find that spark for life. Maybe you want to heal your broken heart. Maybe you want to create more love in your life, the career of your dreams, the life you really want but aren't sure is possible.

Breathwork isn't a magic cure, but it's a way to learn to let go, something we're not very skilled at in our controlling world. It's a tool that allows you to let go of your mind long enough to access the Truth within you. 

So this workshop is for you if you want to let go of the past. It's for you if you're tired of trying, tired of chasing, and tired of the way things have been. It's for you if you're ready to love yourself. It's for you if you want to hear your soul. It's for you if you're tired of the chaos of your mind. It's for you if you're willing to realize that maybe, just maybe, this whole life thing could be a lot easier than it is. Maybe you don't actually have to figure it all out. Maybe you can let go of the plan, the idea, and the attachment to everything you think you're supposed to be and allow who you really are to shine through. 

This is a workshop that will set you on the path to let go of all the things that are holding you back from being the greatest version of yourself. It will help you see that, with or without achieving your goals, you are enough.



This is a virtual workshop which means you get to hang out in your PJs and join in from your home. Once you register you'll be put on a list to receive a virtual kit that includes access to a video where I teach you how to breathe, a curated playlist for our session, instructions on how to prepare your space, and access to the number for calling into the workshop. You'll receive all of this information a week before the live workshop. 

On the day of the workshop I'll guide you through a very short meditation and then take you into a guided Breathwork session which will take you deeper into the work allowing you to really move and let go of any stuck energy, emotions, and limiting beliefs. We'll close with a few minutes of journaling. 

We'll be doing this course via teleconference to ensure the least amount of technical issues possible. At the very least you'll need a phone to call in, but for the optimal experience you'll want to have a phone, earbuds, and computer. But don't let the technical aspect trip you up. I'll be sending very simple instructions on how to set everything up for the ideal session.
