GET TO KNOW YOUR TRUE SELF

Divine Passage is a playground for those thirsty to heal themselves.

Inside you'll find lessons on healing, processing emotions/energy, and shadow work. As a self-study support tool, this is the place for you to continue to uncover what's hidden in your subconscious so you can become more free. It's for those of you who are self-motivated, committed to your spiritual growth, and ready to explore your inner world.

Divine Passage is an ongoing, online support system for the evolution of your healing journey.

When you're feeling anxious, you can go into your Divine Passage portal, open the workshop on Confronting Anxiety, and deepen into your healing journey. On days when you need some inner guidance you can pop open a theme that intrigues you, like Giving Up The Fight, open the workbook and journal.

When sadness is bubbling up inside you from heartache, listen to me speak about Heart Healing and know you aren't alone. If you're feeling like money isn't flowing, Embodying Abundance will bring you back to the deepest truth (and give you practical tips along the way). When you aren't sure what you need, use the themes like an oracle and maybe it will be the moment to Let Go of Control.

BREAKING THE DESIRE-DESPAIR CYCLE

Stop Longing for Partnership & Start Feeling Whole

This workshop is for anyone who deeply longs for partnership (or another meaningful life desire) and feels exhausted by the cycle of hoping, trying, grieving, and despairing when it doesn’t arrive. We’ll explore what I call The Desire–Despair Cycle and how to break free of it. If you’ve found yourself in a pattern of anger, self-doubt, or waiting for life to begin, this workshop will support you. This is not about manifesting harder or giving up on yourself. It’s about learning when and how to surrender a desire that’s keeping you stuck and in pain.

March 18th

RELEASING RUMINATION
Breaking the pattern of compulsive thinking

When your mind feels like a runaway train, looping in chronic thoughts that feel like they are taking over you, you need a process for breaking the cycle. Without a clear process, it’s easy to feel disempowered and victimized by the mind. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to bring more consciousness in during times of rumination and a step-by-step process for using the experience to transform yourself.

What People Are Saying

“I entered the membership with the desire to continue my breathwork practice. Each theme seems to come at the perfect time, and has been a wonderful addition to my self-care practice. I feel supported and guided in my own practice.”

— Ali P.

“I really feel connected to you as a teacher and I can feel your presence as you hold space!  I have to admit, I have tried a couple other people to see how they use Breathwork. I come back to yours when I need a more deep, gentle dive into things. I am trying to excavate a lifetime of trauma as I do your Breathwork.  It is working and I am recovering so much that I have pushed down. I can't say enough good things  about your work.  This is YOUR calling and I am so grateful for you.”

— Kathy E.

"I started my breathwork journey almost 3 years ago through workshops with Michelle. I tried practicing on my own in the beginning, but found I was never able to let go and fully surrender to the process as I was in the workshops. It took time (years!) for me to open myself back up to the idea, just as Michelle offered her membership. I love it! I appreciate the freedom to ‘choose my own adventure’ and do the meditations I want to work through when I’m ready to work through them. Michelle’s messages and journaling prompts are beautifully written and resonate deeply. Breathwork can be intense, but I feel completely supported in this journey through this platform."

— Alysia B.

"I'm almost lost for words as to how wonderful and wise I think the digging deeper content is - but just to let you know I'm beginning to feel how it is helping me to heal and for that I am more grateful than I'll ever be able to properly express. Thank you!”

— Anthony E.

“There isn’t enough gratitude in the world to give to you. Thank you. I feel like I am coming back into my own strength & person. I am starting to recognize myself again. How do you thank somebody for giving you back yourself?”

— Gen L.

About Michelle

Ever since I can remember, I've been using writing to process my life. As a kid, I sat in trees, listening to mixed tapes and writing poetry. I hid journals under mattresses and wrote letters to everyone I loved. I have always been someone who has felt deeply and who has sought to uncover life's meaning.

My heart bled for strangers before I knew what an empath was.

I felt the longing of my soul constantly pulling me, but I didn't know what it meant or what to do with it. I got the message that my big feelings were too much for everyone around me. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do with them, so I spewed them all over the house and everyone in it.

Becoming numb is a gradual process. Throughout my teenage years my emotions were volatile, uncontainable, and made me feel like there was something terribly wrong with me. I got the message that my mind was a good one, though, so I started to give it more of my attention. By my 20s my emotions were mostly tucked away, hard for me to even sense them anymore.

Because I didn’t know how to listen to my intuition or process my emotions, I decided to ground myself in the world by
