In this workshop, I talk about letting go, you’ll set intentions for what you want to release, and you’ll explore your attachment to the energy you’re holding onto. You’ll receive some journaling prompts for self-reflection, connect with others in community, and we’ll close with a self-healing Breathwork practice.
