LEVEL TWO
Grounded Soul: Level Two is a 4-month program to deepen your commitment to yourself, feel more capable of navigating your life lessons, and develop an increasingly more mature relationship to life.
Who It’s For
Grounded Soul: Level Two is only eligible to those who have completed Grounded Soul: Level One. If you’d like to join Level Two, you should have watched all of the videos and completed all workbook prompts from Level One.
Additionally, Level Two is a deeper commitment to yourself. You must be willing to take full responsibility for your healing—bringing more awareness to the areas you find yourself stuck.
You need to show up to your session with me on time and prepared to share with me what you have learned and where you need support. This is your sacred time, and I expect you to treat it as such—for your benefit.
Because I want you to put in the heavy lifting outside of our sessions, I am not accepting more than one session per month any longer. Our sessions will be used to support you in seeing
your blind spots and moving you through where you are finding yourself stuck. You need me less than you think you do. 😊
Level Two is for you if you are ready to get clearer, to deepen your relationship to yourself, and learn the lessons you’re here to learn. I can’t wait to see where you continue to go. Oh, and don’t worry—we will be laughing and having fun through it all!

Month One
An Honest Inventory
To begin our time together you’ll take an honest inventory of where you’re at and where you want to be. The journaling prompts here are important to support you in moving out of your habitual way of thinking and your willingness to confront the truth is essential.
MONTH ONE
Curriculum
The Main Event
In week one, we’ll be focusing on recognizing that this, right here, right now, is the main event. This life of yours, this moment, this place on your healing journey. This is what you’re here for, and we’re going to address the ways you attempt to keep yourself out of the present moment and unsatisfied with your life.
Deepening Your Capacity For Self-Compassion
In week two, we’re coming back to the basics of self-love to see what you have mastered and where you need to expand your capacity for self-compassion.
Learning Your Lessons
In week three, we get honest about the lessons you’re here to learn, the ones you already have, the ones you are resisting, and the ways you deny these lessons by comparing your journey to others.
Repairing Energy Leaks
In week four, we’re going to look at the places you leak energy so you can be empowered to put that energy toward what serves you.

Month Two
Everything Is Sacred
Developing a deep reverence for life itself is part of the journey of maturing spiritually. This month you’ll be training yourself to see the sacredness in everything and developing a deeper communication to Spirit and your own intuition.

Creating Your Altar
This week, you’ll build your own altar and begin to work with it on an ongoing basis. This process will be creative and is an ongoing expression of your devotion and connection to Spirit, the Universe, your Ancestors, Angels, and/or your Spirit Guides
Embodying Your Spirituality
Spirituality is not something “out there” but within you. It’s in your bones, embedded in the fabric of all that exists in form and formlessness. It is in and through your body that you experience this connection. This week, we’ll talk about embodying your spirituality and developing deep respect for your body.

Talking to Spirit
Communication is being sent to us all the time, but we are often unable to receive it simply because we’re not looking for it. This week we’re focusing on expanding your capacity for sensing so you can see how you are being guided.

Month Three
Deepening Your Emotional Literacy
In Level One, we addressed grief and sadness, anger and rage, anxiety and depression. In Level Two, we’re expanding your emotional literacy to learn about how fear, shame, guilt, and jealousy show up in your life.
MONTH THREE
Curriculum
Moving Through Fear
Fear is a strong and debilitating energy. Our bodies respond deeply to it, and we can learn a lot about ourselves when we notice we’re afraid. In this module, you’ll take a close look at some of the unexpected ways fear shows up in your life as well as the often overlooked benefits of fear.
Moving Through Shame & Connecting to Your Power
Shame is connected to the third energy center, directly impacting our sense of self and the way we show up in the world. In this module, we’ll look at how shame shows up in your life and how you can release it and claim your power.
Releasing Guilt & Calling In Pleasure
Guilt is an energy that can keep us stuck in the past, replaying what could have been and judging ourselves for what we should have done. It can also be a helpful emotion to learn about ourselves or our life experiences. We’ll look at how guilt impacts your life and the ways it denies you of pleasure.
Learning From Jealousy
Jealousy can be a powerful teacher if we’re willing to learn from it. It can show us where we’re not trusting, where we’re afraid, and it can show us what we really desire.

Month Four
Getting Grown
In our final month together, it’s time to get fully grown—to be a grown adult. Many of our models of being grown aren’t ones we aspire to. We’ve had to learn to reparent ourselves and to create lives for ourselves we never thought were possible. In this module we’re claiming what it means to be grown, conscious, and emotionally mature.
MONTH FOUR
Curriculum
Getting Grown
We are reinterpreting what it means to be a grown up and looking at all the things you do because you think you should or you believe that’s what it means to be a “spiritual” or “good” person. It’s time to reject the ideas of who you should be and claim your authentic power.
Taking Full Responsibility
This week, we’re looking at what it means to take full responsibility for who you are on this life journey and where you have been resistant to that. This week is about fully releasing the victim and creating the life you want for yourself.
Granting Yourself Permission
This week we’re looking at the subtle (or maybe not-so-subtle) ways you are waiting for someone to save you. It’s time to grant yourself permission to be who you came here to be. This week, we’ll talk about how you do that.
Revisiting Your Vision & Building Resiliency
This week, I want you to come back to the vision board you made in Level One. After all you’ve discovered the past four months, make the tweaks necessary to harness your vision more fully. I’m going to share with you what it means to develop resiliency on your healing journey..
1:1 Sessions
While in Level One I have been available to hold space even if you haven’t been reviewing content, in Level Two, you’ll need to be on it and doing your self-study work.
I’m emphasizing this commitment to yourself to hold you accountable for your own growth. I know this is needed for many of you. Additionally, Level Two requires you to ground on your own prior to our time together. I will provide you with a guided grounding similar to the one we’ve been doing in Level One. This will allow you additional time to talk to me during our session and will also give you practice in grounding on your own, showing up early for yourself, and creating ritual.
