Hi, I’m Michelle!
Hi! I’m Michelle D’Avella. I’m an author and Breathwork facilitator.
I support people as they process blocks to claiming self-love.

I created Good Love to support you through the integral journey of self-love. The truth is that for most of us, self-love is long-term, moment-to-moment work. With lifetime access, Good Love gives you a structure to support you indefinitely as you walk that path.

ABOUT GOOD LOVE

This video is for anyone struggling on the self-love journey. Maybe you feel stuck or like you keep regressing. Maybe it feels like you’re never going to get there. It’s also for you if you haven’t embarked on this journey but have recently come to know that self-love is an area that is important for you to delve into. It’s also for you if you felt a nudge to watch this video but aren’t totally sure why. It’s all for a reason, which you’ll soon discover.

If you’ve been struggling with self-love, I completely understand, and I was there, too. Self-love can feel like an elusive concept, especially if we’re going it alone. You might be feeling like you’re doing it wrong if you’re dealing with negative thinking or uncomfortable emotions like grief, anger, fear, or shame.

It’s totally normal for you to feel this way because we’ve been given this idea that feeling badly means we’re off track or if we can just change our thinking we’ll solve all of our problems. It’s not as simple as that, but there is a simple understanding of your thoughts and feelings that will help you see how negative thinking and difficult emotions are actually tools to help you love yourself.

If the idea of confronting some of these heavier emotions feels scary to you, I totally understand. Again, I’ve been on this journey a long time and have walked through my own fear time and time again. I get it. We live in a world that gaslights our feelings, provides no guidance for how to understand ourselves, and even shames us for saying or doing something that’s out of step with the majority.

Inside How To Stop The Self-Love Struggle,
I share with you the number one tool that has supported me in moving through my fears and some of the insights I have gained through that process.
