Hi! I’m Michelle D’Avella. I’m a spiritual mentor, author, and Breathwork facilitator. I help people embody the truth of who they are.

In 2023, I created Good Love (what I am now calling Good Love: The Foundation). It is a 9-module self-study program including everything I’ve learned about mastering self-love.

It turns out that my journey with love continued to evolve, and I’m so thrilled to share Good Love: The Expansion with you. Inside this live 6-month offering you’ll receive access to The Foundation to support you with the tools to master self-love. The work we will be doing in real time together is going to deepen you into a greater embodiment of love that has the ability to transform your relationship to yourself, life, and everyone you come in contact with.

How It Works

Over six months, we’ll journey together into a deeper embodiment of love. This entire program is focused on one thing only: the frequency of love. Love is the source of all that is so it is an endless topic of study and inner expansion. Each month, I’ll host three live groups: one where you’ll deepen into greater understanding of how to love more in your life, one where you’ll work with subtle energy to build circuitry so you can hold the love you are tapping into, and the last where you’ll experience a more robust embodiment through a Breathwork healing workshop.

Additionally, you’ll have the option to meet together 1:1 to approach your life in a way that centers love without performing or repressing any aspects of yourself.

My Philosophy

I love guiding and supporting people on their healing journeys, but this is your work. I’m here for you, but I can not make you love yourself or embody your soul for you. I’m here to offer my wisdom—all that I have learned through my own challenges. I will always share honestly all that I know to be true.

I expect you to take your healing seriously, and I will also remind you that you’re doing a really good job (probably in every single session). You’re allowed to feel differently than I do. You’re allowed to have your own life experiences that differ from mine. You’re allowed to not resonate with something I have to say. We’re both here to honor where you are on your journey.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation that helps quiet the mind enough to connect to the heart. The heart is the place your soul lives. It is the portal to your connection with the source energy that we all come from. Because we’re working on the level of spirit, people often express that Breathwork provides greater expansion than years of talk therapy.

This program is only available to those willing to commit to spiritual practice. Your life does not transform unless you’re willing to devote yourself fully to transforming your life.

The breathing pattern we’re using in this work is a simple two-part breath that supports the mind in quieting enough to begin to feel what’s being held in the body.

I’ve been studying with my teacher, David Elliott, since 2013 and use Breathwork as my primary healing tool personally and in facilitation with clients. It is the fastest way I know to connect to the heart, develop intuition, access creativity, and see the truth. It is undoubtedly the way I learned what self-love is.

This practice can feel intense for those who are not used to being in their bodies, feeling their feelings, or processing their lived experiences. For this reason, I have included many resources to support you if you’re new to Breathwork including a shorter Breathwork meditation if the longer sessions are too much for you in the beginning.

While we have all experienced trauma in our lives, if you know what might come up for you is too much for you to handle on your own, you should have a trained professional support you in integrating your experiences. This program is not a substitute for necessary mental health services.

Breathwork, like self-love, is a long-term practice. I do not recommend this program if you are unwilling to commit to a Breathwork practice. This is not solely intellectual work. In fact, most of this work is on the emotional and spiritual levels.

AS A HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON, BREATHWORK IS A LIFE-SAVING TOOL IN SO MANY WAYS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IN BRINGING ME BACK HOME TO MYSELF.

I was not one of those people who did a Breathwork session and was cracked wide open. The layers of pain I was carrying guarded my heart, and the resistance to feeling safe in my body was real. For me, Breathwork was a difficult practice, but every time I committed to it I felt a little closer to where I knew I needed to go.

Without this profound healing tool, I am certain I would not be who I am now experiencing life this way. I have grown in unimaginable ways. As a highly sensitive person, Breathwork is a life-saving tool in so many ways, but most importantly in bringing me back home to myself.

This is a class on mastering self-love, and it addresses the common obstacles we encounter along the way. Included are exercises, journaling prompts for self-inquiry, and healing practices to support you on your inner journey. 

This is not the path to every single issue you will have on your healing journey. It’s not a guidance system to heal all of your wounds. It doesn’t address everything you will possibly encounter on your healing journey.

Good Love provides the path and practice to support you in no longer filling yourself up from the outside but sourcing your love from within. It is a program to hold you as you do the work necessary to love all of who you are.

HOW LONG DO I GET ACCESS TO GOOD LOVE?

You get lifetime access. Self-love is ongoing work. There is no timeline, so I want you to have access to the program to support you at different stages on your journey.

Each video per module is a different length of time detailed in the course curriculum. On average the entire course is about 90 minutes of video content. These are deep lessons reduced down to short videos that can and should be engaged with repeatedly.

Breathwork is a simple but powerfully transformative practice of releasing the mind and opening the heart. We’re using one breathing pattern in this program which is a two-part inhale through the mouth.


I don’t recommend joining if you don’t have a somatic practice that can support you in processing the very real energetic blocks to you loving yourself.
