There is something on your heart ready to be revealed, and this workshop is designed to center the part of you that is tired of living in the background of your fear. Your soul came here to create, to express, and to become. The protective part of you has inhibited that flow of divine energy, and it’s time to set it free.
This workshop is an activation of your true nature. It will support you in moving forward before the conditions are perfect—because the truth is that you have everything you need within you to Do The Thing on your heart right now.
This is a 2-hour energetic activation that includes all of the components that create transformation: soul connection, introspection, witnessing, and embodied integration. If you’re tired of living from limitation and are ready to let your soul lead, it’s time to Do The Thing.

part 1.
I have a lot I want to tell you.
I’ve been sharing my soul publicly for over 15 years. It was hard at first, and there are layers to the journey. I’ve been running a Soul Based Business for over 13 years, and I know firsthand how much harder we make this journey than it needs to be.
I’m going to remind your small self about the deepest truth within you, to wake you up enough to begin to listen to that part. If you’re already listening to your soul, you’ll have an opportunity to deepen into that connection.
Think of this as an awakening of the part of you that already knows who you are, why you’re here, and what you came here to do.
part 2.
The questions you ask are everything. The wrong ones bring you into scarcity or problem solving. The right ones expand you into possibility and illuminate your soul.
I’ll pose some questions to support you in the later, and you’ll have an opportunity to get energy moving through journaling and then again through being witnessed.

If you’re cringing here, I get it. I used to have a ton of resistance to connecting with groups virtually. But then I realized that the degree of my resistance was reflected in other areas of my life.
If you want to change, use the tools that create transformation. Being witnessed is one of them. It not only moves you through the energy blocking your deepest desires, it puts you into alignment with why you’re truly here.
Don’t worry—it’s going to be light and easy. Just a few minutes of connecting with your fellow human and allowing yourself to be seen. You can do it.

The breath is the tool we’ll use to move you out of your mental body and into connection with your soul. This Breathwork healing session will support you in accessing the truth beyond your limiting beliefs. From this place, you awaken to the true creative nature within—inspiration, ideas, and dots connect. You find the freedom to be who you came here to be. It’s all within you now, waiting to be embodied.

Nope! This is for anyone who feels like there is something more inside that wants to be revealed. We aren’t working on creating something. We are revealing the connection to the fact that you are a creator.

This is not a strategies and insights workshop. It is not business coaching or a step by step process to get moving. It is an energetic enlivening to bring you into relationship with the part. of you that knows how to move forward.
I do 1:1 Soul Business Consulting if you need deeper guidance once you are more aligned to your soul. -
No. However, I highly encourage you to participate for 2 reasons. One is that being witnessed is transformational. The second is that the resistance you feel to be witnessed is part of the energy holding you back from Doing The Thing.

Not necessarily. If you are feeling called to participate please join because there is something your soul is trying to communicate to you. Often times we are so limited by our identifications that we miss the truth of our creative nature. For example, I have been a writer my entire life but because I didn’t go to school for writing I didn’t consider myself one until a book literally poured out of me!

I have over 13 years of experience holding space for people. I have been running my own businesses since I was 22 years old. Everything from a premium denim brick and morter store in Philadelphia to a clothing line to a graphic design company to a number of entrepreneurial projects. I have published 2 memoirs, supported hundred of people on their soul’s journies, and have paved my own path since the beginning.
