How it Works
We’ll come together on Zoom on November 8th from 11am-1pm PST. Head over here to determine what time the workshop will be in your time zone. This session will be recorded and available for one month after we meet.
I’ll teach about healing your heartache, and you’ll receive journaling prompts for inner inquiry.
If you join us live, we will be doing partner work so you will have an opportunity to be witnessed by someone else in a similar place as you. Leaning into connection when your heart is tender is incredibly valuable and healing.
You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, and we’ll close out with a Breathwork healing meditation to release hurt and connect to a greater love.

Michelle’s Transformation Through Heartbreak
Over a decade ago I went through a blindsiding breakup that catalyzed a Dark Night of The Soul. I lost myself—and for good reason. I was becoming a truer version of myself. The hurt I had been carrying that I had gotten really good at pretending wasn’t there came to the surface. I couldn’t pretend anymore. I couldn’t make myself busy. I couldn’t do anything but tend to the hurt. And it transformed me in the most incredible ways once I stopped all of my resisting and fighting against the process. I wrote a book about it called The Bright Side of a Broken Heart.
