An online workshop for anyone who feels the pressure to be “good.”

Whether you feel self-imposed pressure, pressure from your parents, peers, or the online space, this workshop will give you the opportunity to release the need to be a certain way and find the true goodness inherent within. If you want to find more courage to be yourself, this workshop is for you.

Sensitive people are more tuned into other people’s energy, and many of us are conditioned to people please and constantly prove our goodness.

It’s time to give up being good.

If goodness is performed, is it really good? We need less performance and followers and more inner knowing and self-leadership. In this workshop, you’ll be given a permission slip (if you feel you need it!) to release other people’s ideas of who you should be and discover how you feel called to use your energy. You’ll be guided through a healing Breathwork session, and there will be a Q&A for those who attend live.
