This is where you’ll find all of the content for our six months together. Please bookmark this page for easy access.

We’ll be meeting live twice per month. All live sessions will be recorded for you to refer back to or work with again. I encourage you to keep a journal during this program so you can keep track of your progress and stay committed to your spiritual expansion.

Please come to your 1:1 sessions with any questions you may have or point of struggle related to the curriculum or anything else you’re going through. It can be easy to absorb information mentally without integrating it, so lean into your practices in between our 1:1 work together.

I am honored to work with you during these six months during this important time in humanity. I am truly grateful you are here. These are some big topics we’re working with, but believe it or not—we’re going to have fun!

Breathwork for Beginners

For Breathwork Beginners

We are using Breathwork as our primary healing tool throughout this program. All of our 1:1 sessions will include a Breathwork healing session that I will guide you through. Each module includes a guided Breathwork meditation that I have recorded for you. The more you commit to Breathwork, the more things will begin to move.

When Resistance Shows Up

This video is for when you have begun your Breathwork practice and notice resistance showing up. It could be showing up in the form of sleepiness, lack of emotional release, yawning, or a number of other things. Watch this video when you need support in moving through resistance.

Breathwork Aftercare

It’s important to know how to support yourself after your Breathwork session. Watch this video before your first session so you have support systems in place for after you finish Breathwork. Download the Afercare document here.
