Lineage Healers is a 4-week container to understand the energy that’s been passed down to you so you can finally break those patterns. This is an investigation into your biological family line, and you’ll use your intuition and lived experience to connect the dots.

Those who came before you live in your bones.

You may already feel their hurt in your heart. You may be carrying it without knowing. The choices your ancestors made, the unresolved pain they experienced, the possibilities that expanded in their minds—all of it lives within you.

In this offering, you’ll be guided through an exploration to understand the way you’re carrying pain from experiences that you did not live. These energies will continue to trickle down the family line and play out in our own lives until we set them free.

You’ll look at specific areas of your life that are blocked whether it’s money, love, or your general relationship to life itself. You’ll look at your Mother line, and we’ll focus on your Mother and her Mother. You’ll also investigate your Father line, and we’ll focus on your Father and his Father. You’ll lean into the understanding you currently hold, ask questions of your parents or relatives, and listen to your intuitive knowing.

Finally, you’ll claim the energy you want to call in and expand on the gifts in your lineage that are often overshadowed by the pain. This may mean honoring the artistry of a grandparent or finding the town your grandparent was born in and cooking a forgotten dish.

The Structure & Curriculum

 

Module One
Inherited Patterns
You’ll look at areas in your life where there is an indication you’re holding inherited beliefs like money, love, sex, and career. We’ll close with Breathwork for Clearing Patterns.

Module Two
The Mother Line
You’ll look at your Mother’s relationship to some of these energetic patterns and gain more insight into the patterns passed down to her from her Mother. We’ll close with Breathwork for Maternal Healing.

Module Three
The Father Line
You’ll look at your Father’s relationship to some of these energetic patterns and gain more insight into the patterns passed down to him from his Father. We’ll close with Breathwork for Paternal Healing.

Module Four
A New Path
You’ll look at these two lineage lines for clues as to what needs resolution so you can call new energy into the family line. You’ll also find the beauty in those who came before you so you can honor their journey and the goodness passed down to you. We’ll close with Breathwork for Honoring The Past.

Hi, I'm Michelle.

After years of emotional healing, I began to sense that the pain I was grieving was no longer my own. I intuitied the energy of an ancestor, and when I began asking questions I was able to pinpoint my great grandmother’s energy releasing from my body.

There are reasons silence is used as a survival tool in many family lines. Once you start asking questions, energies awaken, and people can begin to behave differently. I encountered a lot of protective forces around my inquiries which, to me, meant it was even more important to shine the light on what I sensed was there.

In 2023, I published my second memoir, Write A New Story: Breaking Ancient Patterns To Set Ourselves Free, in which I shared some of what I uncovered and how I have been healing my family line.

I am aware that a lot is reckoning collectively regarding the choices of those who have come before us. This offering is an opportunity for you to take responsibility for the energy that has been passed down to you, to shine your light on what has been covered to set yourself free.

This offering is a taste of what it takes to bring healing to your lineage. It is nowhere near extensive, but it’s a start, and I’m so happy to support you.
