Overcoming Fear of Being Seen & Heard in Your Business is a live virtual workshop where you’ll do deep healing work around your fear of being seen, learn practical tools for running a Soul Based Business, and connect with others on a similar journey.

How it Works

 

We’ll come together on Zoom on January 20th from 4pm-6:30pm EST. Head over here to determine what time the workshop will be in your time zone. You’ll be in a small community of people who are ready to move through their fear of being seen.

Each person will have an opportunity to be seen and heard to cultivate a deeper connection during our time together and to facilitate the release of energy keeping you stuck.

I’ll be teaching on the themes outlined, you’ll respond to journaling prompts for deepened inquiry, and you’ll connect 1:1 with others to explore what’s arising for you.

You’ll have an opportunity to submit your questions prior to the workshop as well as ask any questions that arise during our time together. We’ll close out with a Breathwork healing meditation to move through fear.

  • No. You are welcome to join if you know you have something to contribute but you don’t know what it is yet.

  • If you feel like you’re still hiding in certain ways and have fear about being seen and heard in your business, this workshop will support you.

  • No. Live virtual attendance is required.

  • Yes. I will guide you through a healing Breathwork session to overcome your fear of being seen and heard. No experience with Breathwork necessary.

  • Great question. I hold space for my clients every day in healing sessions and in group healing circles for the past 8+ years. My focus is on the way we move through inertia to open our energy and free ourselves. In terms of business and creative experience, I have self-published a memoir (am currently writing book #2), created a podcast, started a YouTube channel, a membership platform, and I continue to create and launch digital and in-person workshops as well as meditations and creative projects. In my twenties, I owned and operated a premium denim store in Philadelphia, owned a clothing line, ran marketing operations, created campaigns and executed them, and moved from working on businesses I thought would make me money to creating a successful Soul Based Business.
