A 12-Week Spiritual Growth Container

Reverent Soul is a 12-week mentorship to deepen your spiritual connection, elevate your energy, and release outdated patterns. This offering is for those who have put significant energy into their healing journey and are ready for the next step. Best suited for those who have experience with Breathwork and/or the subtle energy realms.

What It Is

 

This is an opportunity to work more intimately with me and be deeply supported over twelve weeks. I will support you in a variety of ways including through guided Breathwork sessions, intuitive guided energy healing, a combination of Breathwork and energy healing, oracle card readings, your own personal energy healing meditation, and consistent communication through voice memo.

Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions: These are up to 2 hours and include discussion/guidance, guided energy healing, oracle card reading, and Breathwork healing.

Breathwork Healing Sessions: These are 70 minutes and include discussion/guidance and Breathwork healing.

Voxer Support: A voice memo service so we can stay connected throughout our time together and you can receive guidance without waiting for our next session.

Oracle Card Reading: I’ll pull cards for you from a variety of decks I work with to collect more information to support your journey. We’ll explore these messages together in our session.

Personal Energy Healing Meditation: In our first session we’ll discuss your intention for the next phase of your spiritual journey, and I’ll create an energy healing meditation just for you.

Additional Support: Included in this offering are select Breathwork meditations to work with on weeks we are not meeting face-to-face as well as videos to support you in implementing a more devotional spiritual connection.

How It Works

 

WEEK ONE
Intuitive Energy Healing Session
Our first session will be up to two hours, and we’ll discuss where you’re at, where you desire to go, and any intentions for your spiritual journey. You’ll receive an oracle card reading, energy healing meditation, and Breathwork healing.

WEEK TWO
Elevate Your Energy
You’ll receive a video about energy elevation, balancing between processing pain and raising your vibration, and staying in your own energetic integrity. You’ll also receive your custom energy healing meditation to begin working with. On your own, you’ll work with Breathwork for Reclaiming Joy, and you’ll check in with me for support and guidance.

WEEK THREE
Breathwork Healing Session
We’ll come together for you to share updates with me, ask questions, and receive guidance. I’ll guide you through a healing Breathwork session.

WEEK FOUR
Create Your Altar
You’ll receive a video about altar creation as well as your personal energy meditation. On your own, you’ll work with Breathwork for Connecting to The Sacred, your personal energy meditation, and you’ll begin to develop your altar. You’ll check in with me for support and guidance.

WEEK FIVE
Intuitive Energy Healing Session
We’ll come together for up to two hours, and we’ll discuss where you’re at, where you desire to go, and focus on any blocks or information you’re intuitively investigating. You’ll receive an oracle card reading, energy healing meditation, and Breathwork healing.

WEEK SIX
Integration/Catch-Up Week
You’ll take time to reflect on what you’ve learned about yourself so far, how you’ve grown, and this is an opportunity to take a moment to rest and catch up with yourself. You’ll check in with me for support and guidance and to share any reflections.

WEEK SEVEN
Breathwork Healing Session
We’ll come together for you to share updates with me, ask questions, and receive guidance. I’ll guide you through a healing Breathwork session.

WEEK EIGHT
Your Life As An Oracle
You’ll receive a video about receiving the messages your life is providing you. On your own, you’ll work with Breathwork for Developing Trust, to work with your personal energy meditation, and will continue to work with your altar. You’ll check in with me for support and guidance.

WEEK NINE
Intuitive Energy Healing Session
We’ll come together for up to two hours, and we’ll discuss where you’re at, where you desire to go, and focus on any blocks or information you’re intuitively investigating. You’ll receive an oracle card reading, energy healing meditation, and Breathwork healing.

WEEK TEN
Healing Through Your Dreams
You’ll receive a video about using your dreams to heal, and you’ll begin to track your dreams and learn how to if you’re new to this practice. You’ll receive a Breathwork meditation for healing through your dreams and will begin to implement this practice. You’ll check in with me for support and guidance.

WEEK ELEVEN
Breathwork Healing Session
We’ll come together for you to share updates with me, ask questions, and receive guidance. I’ll guide you through a healing Breathwork session.

WEEK TWELVE
Completion Ceremony
We’ll come together for up to 45 minutes to review your journey and complete our work together.

This is an offering I’ve been waiting to create, and the time is now. The energy on the planet is rapidly shifting, and we are expanding what is possible for humanity. Because we will be working so closely together over a 12-week period of time I want to make sure we are the right fit at the right time. If we have worked together previously, we may begin right away. If we haven’t worked 1:1 together we’ll hop on a quick zoom call to connect once your application is reviewed.

FAQs

  • A: It depends. If you are open and willing to commit to a practice, yes, but I recommend working with one of my meditations or booking a 1:1 session with me first.

  • Yes, there is not much self-study. This is a close connection mentorship offering so much of our work will be done together.

  • All 1:1 sessions are done virtually. That means you get to do your healing work from the comfort of your own home. I work with people all over the world.

  • No. This program is only available to those willing and interested in developing a Breathwork practice. All of the private sessions include Breathwork.

  • Possibly. Reach out if you have something specific in mind.
