How To Be Yourself

How To Be Yourself is an opportunity to deepen into true authenticity. We all long to be ourselves. We’re exhausted of trying to be who we think we should be. We’re fatigued by a culture of performance. Being yourself is something you probably think should come easily, and when you feel inauthentic it can bring up feelings that there’s something wrong with you.

In this workshop, you’ll learn what true authenticity is, how to claim it for yourself, and specific ways to become more of yourself every day.

This is an experiential offering. I’ll speak about how to be authentically emotional and the distinction between honoring your emotions without getting sucked into them. I’ll provide a larger framework for understanding yourself to support you in anchoring into being your true self, and you’ll be guided through a healing Breathwork session to support you in connecting to your unique energetic signature.

No experience with Breathwork necessary, just bring your curiosity and open heart.
