SEEN is an opportunity to heal through being witnessed. When we allow rejected parts of ourselves to take up space in the presence of a loving community, healing happens. This group gives you the opportunity to experience dormant aspects of yourself come to life, increase your ability to process repressed emotions, and expand your capacity to hold love for yourself and others.
Over 4 weeks, you’re invited to tend to your unresolved hurt. Whether you’re healing from a breakup, have lost a loved one, or are processing childhood wounding, you’ll have an opportunity to voice the hurt on your heart to make space for more love to pour in.
Inside SEEN, you’ll give voice to the hurt in your heart, and you’ll also have space to honor the typically unspeakable anger, resentment, and judgment that comes with deep heartbreak. You’ll pour love into the parts of you that are grieving and have an opportunity to receive the gift through the hurt.
