Soften & Surrender is an opportunity to release the protective energy that continues to try and effort in an attempt to make life be the way your ego has decided it should be. Life is a divine intelligence that is moving through you and in service of you. The more you try to manipulate life, the messier it often becomes.

In this workshop, you’ll practice the experience of softening your mind and surrendering to the life force energy moving into your body and through you.

This is an experiential offering. I’ll speak about the process of softening & surrendering through my personal journey and will share a few principles to support you amidst your own challenges. The main even is a healing Breathwork session to create the energetic circuits to soften your mind and surrender to your soul.

No experience with Breathwork necessary, just bring your curiosity and open heart.
